Coleraine and District Motor Club would like to pay tribute to Mark Young who died following a serious incident during the 250cc Race at the North West 200 on 16th May. Mark was a promising young rider who was making his North West 200 debut and Coleraine and District Motor Club members and Clerk of Course Mervyn Whyte MBE are deeply saddened by Mark’s tragic death. Our thoughts and prayers are with Mark’s family and we extend our deepest sympathies to them. The Club has also received many messages of condolences for Mark which we will pass on to his family. Mark will be sadly missed by the motorcycling fraternity.
