Three months after his serious accident at the NW200, John Anderton is making remarkable progress and looking forward to a few days at home after a long and difficult period of remission at Musgrave Hospital.  Mervyn Whyte MBE, Clerk of Course, has been visiting John regularly and on his recent visit was delighted to see the young rider sitting up and chatting in great spirits.  The visit also allowed Mervyn to see John take his first steps since the accident, which was a great accomplishment for John, who was proudly supported by his partner Shona, and his parents.

We wish John continued progress and happy, bright days ahead with his young family.
