INTERNATIONAL NORTH WEST 200
INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES
Coleraine & District Motor Club Ltd, as the organising body for the International North West 200, invites tenders from suitably qualified suppliers for provision of the following goods and services on a 3 year fixed price basis:

| 1. | Cleaning Services | Throughout race week, the NW200 requires a dedicated cleaning service to maintain and service all offices, toilet blocks, the hospitality Marquee and showers within the official’s compound, paddock and media centre.

Security Services
|
The NW200 requires a dedicated security service to cover the paddock, grid area, official’s compound, media compound, caravan sites, car parks and trade areas throughout race week.
The hospitality marquee also requires a dedicated door supervisor service, all of which operates under SIA regulation to a pre-determined deployment

Traffic Management
|
With the NW200 operating under the requirements of a statutory Road Closing Order, the event must put in place sufficient traffic coning measures and traffic signs as stipulated by the PSNI. This service must be undertaken by an approved contractor authorised to carry out the function. |
