INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES

Coleraine & District Motor Club Ltd., as the organising body for the International North West 200, invites tenders from suitably qualified suppliers for provision of the following goods and services on a 3 year fixed price basis:

 

	Product / Service	Description
1.	Communications & ICT Infrastructure.	Technical service supplying Radio Communications, Course-side CCTV, Timing System, Information Display Screen, TV Video links, Internet services and Fixed-Line communications.
2.	Hospitality / Entertainment Marquee	Glass & hard-walled marquee measuring 35m x 20m, adjacent 20m x 10m hard-walled marquee with adjoining 5m x 5m glass & hard-walled marquee.  The construction also requires the construction of a 30m x 3m outdoor viewing balcony, rear walkway, loading platform and sub-floor structure.
3.	Grandstand Seating and Structures	A maximum of 4,000 tiered grandstand seats to be constructed over 5 designated sites with integrated disabled viewing platform.  Additional construction of elevated signal platform, scaffold towers, flag poles and pit lane fencing.
4.	Security Services	Covering the NW200 paddock and adjoining sites, with SIA regulated Door Supervisor service for Entertainment Marquee, deployed on a schedule throughout race week.
