2019 Press/Photographer Pass Application
2019 Applications are not yet being accepted, however it should be noted that the following information is required at the time of submission.
Applications must be submitted & accompanied by the following, no exceptions;
- A letter stating the name of the event, signed by the editor or proprietor of the publication on official company letter headed paper.
- Photographic ID – Driving Licence or Passport
- Clippings of your published work which identify you as the photographer.
- A deposit of £20.00 GBP is required, this is to be paid when signing on, and will be refunded on return of the Tabard to the Media Facility.
Coleraine & District Motor Club Ltd reserve the right to refuse issuing any Photographers pass without an explanation.
All photographers working in and around the circuit must wear an official NW200 media tabard and at all times adhere to the officials or marshals instructions.
Closing date for applications is to be confirmed.
Photographers/Media Personnel will not be allowed on to the grid after Competitors return from their sighting lap. Anyone not adhering to this rule will be penalised.
Prior to the event Photographers/Press must present themselves to the Press Co-ordinators, Lisa Hemphill or Jonny Hemphill where they will be required to read and sign a declaration before commencing their duties.
‘No track side personnel’ are permitted during practice and racing. Failure to comply may result in practice/racing being stopped.
Press Sign on will take place in the Media Compound, located at the finish line.
Each photographer should familiarise themselves with the ‘prohibited area’ booklet.
This booklet will not be provided with your signing on pack, it is ONLY available to download.

Monday 13th May – 1.00pm to 5.00pm
Tuesday 14th May – 8.00am to 10.00am
Wednesday 15th May – 1.00pm to 5.00pm
Thursday 16th May 8.00am to 10.00am & 2.00pm to 5.00pm
Friday 17th May – 1.00pm to 5.00pm
Saturday 18th May – 8.00am to 9.30am
